The path to attain Shiva Tattva is through the Vishnu Path, which is the Sushumna Path. Lord Vishnu and Adishakti have created this path, and it is through the cleansing of the chakras that we can ascend on this path. The abode of Shiva is beyond the mind and thoughts, and to attain this principle, we must go through the Vishnu Path.
